The power of sport has transcended Katrina’s career, having a combination of client, agency and consultative perspectives, drawing upon business and marketing strategy to create purposeful brand initiatives and authentic partnerships. Over the years, she has lived in Toronto, Melbourne, Vancouver, Portland and NYC, and held roles at MolsonCoors, VANOC (Vancouver 2010 Organizing Committee), GlideSlope, Sportsnet, Nielsen Sports (formerly Repucom) and Nike, where Katrina was part of the Access to Sport Global Community Impact team supporting the Designed to Move initiative, which leverages multi-sector strategic partnerships to encourage the world to move more.

Katrina is currently a Board Member of the Jays Care Foundation, driving strategic planning for the young professional board that raises funds and awareness for Rookie League, a national youth sports baseball program designed to use both the power of baseball and the appeal of the Toronto Blue Jays to foster lasting social change throughout the country.

Katrina’s career in sport is magnified by her MBA from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Centre at the University of Oregon, Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and her participation in various sports, including the completion of both the Ride to Conquer Cancer and Whistler Gran Fondo road cycling challenges.
